All Renters in the Rental Pool and Private Renters will be asked to sign a Resort Waiver, please contact office.
Spend your mornings having coffee or tea outside listening to the bird’s chirp. Spend your afternoons on our daily groomed beach soaking in the sun. Or enjoy on site basketball, tennis, or community pickleball.
Build up an appetite while going for a breathtaking hike just steps outside of the resort. On your way back visit one of our many local eating spots before stopping at the market, which is only minutes from where your staying!

Upon Interest in booking you will be e-mailed our COVID Code of Conduct. We ask that everyone follows all provincial requirements surrounding Covid-19. Please only continue with your booking with the Office if you have read our COVID Code of Conduct and accepting the terms by signing and returning the Christina Lakeside Resort LTD. During this Pandemic any new reservations that are created are subject to our standard seven day cancellation policy, unless otherwise specified by Christina Lakeside Resort.
At Christina Lakeside Resort we are doing everything within our ability to keep the rental pool open and operating in the safest ways possible during the global Covid-19 pandemic. Our operations for the Rental Pool have been structured upon all recommendations of the Provincial Health Services.
Please review the following questions before arriving:
- Do any of the members of your travelling party have the following symptoms of COVID-19: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, diminished taste or smell, runny nose, sore throat, muscle or body aches?
- Have any of your party had contact with a person with a confirmed or possible case of COVID-19 in the past 21 days?
- Has anyone in your party travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days, or had contact with anyone that has just returned to Canada from abroad?
If you respond YES to any of the points above, we ask that you postpone travelling until the following conditions are met or until you have been tested for COVID-19 and have received a negative result:
- At least 10 days have passed since the onset of symptoms; AND
- Fever has resolved without the use of fever-reducing medication; AND
- Symptoms (respiratory, gastrointestinal, and systemic) have improved.
If you responded NO to the points above and plan to travel to Christina Lake, it is important that you remain aware of special measures at Christina lakeside Resort, and comply with recent changes to government regulations and guidelines regarding COVID-19.
In order to maintain proper social distancing measures, there is a maximum of 6 people in one household/core bubble permitted Indoors at any given time. Limit of 10 Individuals Outdoors in common areas minding social distancing.
Changes to operations include social distance, limited grocery items and supplies in our community Early check ins and late check outs are not permitted at this time. To allow for the recommended 72 hr. down time between occupants within the unit.
Christina Lake is a smaller community with limited healthcare services, all of our guests are required to adhere to our Covid-19 policies. In order to reduce traffic in high-risk areas at the Lake and in Grand Forks, we are asking that all of our guests do their shopping for basic groceries in their city of origin or in a larger city before arriving. This is a critical action that will help reduce stress on our small community.

Pricing, Fees and Renting Policies for Units:
At the time of booking you will be asked to supply a valid credit card.
A $200.00 credit card Security Deposit, will be ran on this card upon arrival.
Returned within 72 hrs. of departure if there are no damages, and full compliance to Resort rules and regulations. Security Deposit is only refunded to the same credit card used upon booking. Security deposit is not part of your rental payment.
Nightly Rental Rate, varies depending on unit. Please note;
Some units do have a min. nightly rental.
Rental rate total with all charges and taxes due on or prior to arrival.
Cleaning fee is not charged (most Airbnb’s do charge this additionally), but Cleaning Task list is expected to be completed fully prior to departure, or Guest will be charged accordingly.
Cleaning Task List will be given to the Guest upon arrival and signed by Guest during arrival inspection. If further cleaning is needed after a renter departs, this will be considered damage/non compliance and be reflected on return of your Security Deposit amount, and or additional charges to credit card provided.
Credit Card Convenience fee of 3.5%, charged only if Total charges of Rental Invoice are paid by credit card. This Credit Card Convenience fee is not charged on your Security Deposit.
Taxes; applicable taxes will be added to your total, including the BC Mandated Tourist tax (MRDT).
A Disinfecting and Sanitizing $20.00 fee applied additionally to your rental fee. A non-refundable charge per booking.
Total rental Cost, taxes and disinfecting charge totals must be paid by e-transfer 24hrs. prior to arrival.
E-Transfer (for your protection, NO Passwords are ever to be included in any typed communication.
E-Transfers are only sent to alterate e-mail address, the office will supply this upon you booking.
